• Install bat Valves (one-way doors that allow bats to out but not re-enter)
• Seal the roof vents, soffits, dormers, gable ends, Etc to prevent bats from entering
• Cover your ridge vent with a wildlife proof Hardware Cloth that allows your roof to breath but prevents bats from squeezing in.

 

Bat mating season typically occurs from May through June every year. If you’ve discovered a bat problem during that time, we’ll discuss options.

5 Signs of a Bat Infestation

1. Bat Droppings: Guano, or bat poop, carries a fungal that can pose very bad health risks to those who inhale it. you may notice any guano near potential entry points of your home, it could be an indication that you have a bat infestation.
2. Chirping Noises: if you hear squeaks, chirps, scratches, or maybe you might here wings flapping the walls or ceiling above you you may need a bat removal services. since most bats are nocturnal, these sounds may be more noticeable at night rather.

• Bat average lifespan is between 10-12 years and reports have shown they can live as long as 25 years old.
