Have you ever noticed dirt mounds around your yard? Does your ground feel spongy? Are there runs of dead grass through out your lawn? if you answered yes to any of those questions you may have a mole infestation in your yard. You may have heard or researched many home remedies to kill or repel Moles like Juicy fruit gum, Gasoline, Vibrating devices, or even hooking a hose to an exhaust pipe on your car and gassing them. facts are there is only two ways to get rid of mole effectively one is set a trap in their tunnels this takes skills and patience. the best way we have figured out how to eliminate moles is to bait their tunnels they travel everyday.

Facts About Moles:
Moles are insectivores that live underground digging a network of tunnels in search for their food. although moles can cut down the insect population in your yard, they can really destroy beautiful lawn.

  • A 5-6 ounce mole can consume 40-45 lbs of worms and insects a year
  • Moles can dig surface tunnels of 17 feet per hour
  • Moles travel though those tunnels at a speed of 90 feet per minute
  • Moles must eat every 5 hours to keep them from starving to death

Moles have twice as much blood and hemoglobin as other mammals that are the same size so they can breathe easier underground

A common misconception is to control mole’s food source (insects and grubs) in order to reduce their activity, when in fact earthworms are a mole’s primary food source. other mole baits, vibrating devices, and chemicals wont eradicate your mole problem, you'll more likely be forcing them to colonize somewhere else in your lawn, resulting in causing even more damage.
